Butter Pecan
- 1 cup butter pecan ice cream
- 1 ounce bourbon
- 1/2 ounce chocolate syrup
- 1 1/2 teaspoons milk
- Pinch of malt powder (optional)
- 3 candied pecans (optional)
- In a blender, combine all of the ingredients except the candied pecans and blend well.
- Pour into a chilled highball glass and garnish with the pecans, if using.
