Chicken & Pasta Toss with Sun Dried Tomatoes
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 1-1/4 lb.), cut into strips
- 1 cup prepared GOOD SEASONS Roasted Garlic Salad Dressing & Recipe Mix, divided
- 1 lb. pasta, uncooked
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes in olive oil
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- Cook chicken in 1/4 cup of the dressing on medium heat until cooked through, about 8 minutes.
- Cook pasta as directed on package, adding broccoli to water during last 3 minutes of cooking time.
- Drain pasta and broccoli.
- Toss pasta, broccoli and chicken with remaining ingredients.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
