My Aussie Rissoles
- 500 grams good quality beef mince
- 2 tbsp each of chopped fresh basil and parsley
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
- 1 grated carrot
- 1 grated onion
- 1/4 cup worchestershire sauce,or any of choice
- 1 egg
- 1 salt and pepper to season
- 1 touch of water to help bind (only if needed)
- Mix everything together in a bowl, add a touch of water if needed
- divide into about 18 small balls and roll into patties
- Barbecue or grill until cooked throughout.
- Serve with tomato sauce or ketchup
