Peach Nut Bread Recipe

  1. Cream together sugar and butter; add in Large eggs, vanilla and preserves and set aside.
  2. Sift together flour, baking pwdr and salt and cinnamon.
  3. Set aside 1/2 c. flour mix and stir remaining flour mix with creamed mix.
  4. Add in nuts into the reserved flour and stir into mix.
  5. Pour into 2 greased 8"x4" loaf pans.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
