the Brownies
- 1 (20 ounce) box Betty Crocker fudge brownie mix (with chocolate syrup package)
- 2 eggs
- 13 cup oil
- 14 cup water
- 34 cup chocolate chips
- 1 (16 ounce) bag miniature marshmallows
- 1 (1 lb) box10x powdered sugar
- 6 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 6 tablespoons melted butter or 6 tablespoons margarine
- 4 -6 tablespoons milk
- Preheat over to 350 degrees.
- Grease a 8x11.5" baking dish (I use pam).
- Stir together brownie mix, syrup package, eggs, oil and water.
- Add the chocolate chips.
- Pour into greased baking dish, bake until done.
- Immediately after you take the brownies out of the oven, cover with a layer of marshmellows, let stand while you make icing.
- Sift powdered sugar and cocoa powder together.
- Add the melted butter and enough milk to make the consistency you like.
- (I start with about 3-4 tbsp).
- But make sure you add enough liquid so it will cover the top of the whole thing, but not too much to make it too runny.
- Delicately spread over marshmellows.
- Let cool completely.
