Kale Pesto

  1. Cook garlic in large pan of boiling water.
  2. Add kale; cook 30 sec.
  3. Drain.
  4. Cool 10 min.
  5. Squeeze out excess water.
  6. Place kale in food processor container.
  7. Add nuts; process until finely chopped.
  8. Slowly add dressing, then oil through feed tube, processing constantly until blended.
  9. Spoon into medium bowl.
  10. Stir in cheese.
