Sparkling Lemon Fruit Cups

  1. Add boiling water to jelly powder in medium bowl; stir 2 min.
  2. until completely dissolved.
  3. Stir in ginger ale.
  4. Refrigerate 30 min.
  5. or until slightly thickened.
  6. Stir in fruit; pour into 6 (5-oz.)
  7. paper or plastic cups.
  8. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
  9. Unmold just before serving.
  10. Top each with 1 tsp.
  11. Cool Whip.
