Sparkling Lemon Fruit Cups
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 pkg. (9.1 g) Jell-O No Sugar Added Lemon Jelly Powder
- 1 cup diet ginger ale
- 1/2 cup seedless green grapes, halved Safeway 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
- 2 Tbsp. thawed Cool Whip Light Whipped Topping, divided
- Add boiling water to jelly powder in medium bowl; stir 2 min.
- until completely dissolved.
- Stir in ginger ale.
- Refrigerate 30 min.
- or until slightly thickened.
- Stir in fruit; pour into 6 (5-oz.)
- paper or plastic cups.
- Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.
- Unmold just before serving.
- Top each with 1 tsp.
- Cool Whip.
