Halibut with Mushroom Rice Pilaf

  1. Preheat oven to 450F.
  2. Place fish in shallow baking dish.
  3. Drizzle with 2 Tbsp.
  4. of the dressing.
  5. Bake 15 min.
  6. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
  7. Meanwhile, cook mushrooms in remaining 2 Tbsp.
  8. dressing in medium skillet 3 to 4 min.
  9. or until mushrooms are tender, stirring occasionally.
  10. Add water; bring to boil.
  11. Stir in rice and peas; cover.
  12. Simmer 5 min.
  13. Remove from heat; let stand 5 min.
  14. Spoon onto four serving plates.
  15. Top with the fish.
