Banana And Mango Clafouti Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Mix the banana slices with the lemon juice, sugar, cornstarch and brandy.
  3. Place half in a single layer in a lightly oiled 9 inch tart pan or possibly in 4 lightly oiled ovenproof dishes.
  4. Top with a layer of the mango and finish with the remaining banana mix.
  5. To make topping: Place the sugar, flour, Large eggs, ricotta, lowfat milk and vanilla in a blender and blend till smooth.
  6. Pour over the fruit and bake for 25 to 30 min, or possibly till set and lightly browned.
  7. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
  8. Serve while warm.
