Jackie's Spinach Dip

  1. Wash and dry the silverbeet.
  2. Discard the white stalks.
  3. Dry fry in a frying pan to get rid of most of the moisture and whilt a bit.
  4. Set aside to cool.
  5. Mix together the rest of the ingredients and add cooled silverbeet.
  6. Allow to sit 2-3 hours in the fridge before serving.
