Catie's Lower Fat Chocolate Chip Cookies

  1. Cream butter, applecauce, and sugars well until light and fluffy.
  2. Add eggs and vanilla, mix well.
  3. Add 1 cup of the flour, the baking soda and the salt, mix well.
  4. Add remaining flour, mix well.
  5. Add chocolate chips, combine.
  6. Drop on cookie sheets by spoonfuls.
  7. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
