Matcha Pudding with Green Tea
- 3 tbsp Green tea (powdered)
- 260 ml Milk
- 50 ml Heavy cream
- 5 grams Gelatin powder
- 1 Brown sugar syrup or molasses (as desired)
- Put the milk, cream and green tea in a small pot and heat.
- Stir with a spatula so it doesn't become lumpy.
- Heat until it is about to boil, then add the gelatin powder.
- Turn off the heat and when it has cooled, strain with a tea strainer, and pour the pudding liquid into the molds.
- Chill in the fridge and when it has hardened, it's done!
- Pour brown sugar syrup on top if you like and enjoy!
