Brussel Sprouts With Bacon And Caraway Seeds Recipe
- 6 ounce Bacon, cut into 1/4" pcs
- 2 lb Brussel sprouts, cooked
- 3 pkt (10 ounce) frzn, thawed under running water
- 1/4 c. White wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Caraway seeds
- 1 tsp Coarse (kosher) salt Black pepper to taste
- Place bacon in a single layer in a 2 1/2 qt microwave safe casserole dish with a tight fitting lid.
- Cover loosely with papper toweling.
- Microwave at 100% power for 5 min 30 seconds or possibly till done to taste.
- Remove from microwave.
- Remove bacon from dish with a slotted spoon; set aside.
- Stir in Brussels sprouts, vinegar and caraway seeds into the casserole dish.
- Cover with lid.
- Microwave at 100 power for 10 min, stirring once.
- Remove from microwave.
- Stir in bacon, salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately.
