Black Gold Burgers

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Melt butter in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  3. Add onions and garlic; saute 3 min.
  4. or until onions are crisp-tender.
  5. Stir in sugar.
  6. Reduce heat to low; simmer 10 min., stirring frequently.
  7. Stir in steak sauce; keep warm.
  8. Meanwhile, grill burgers until cooked through.
  9. Remove from grill; cover to keep warm.
  10. For each serving: Spoon 1 Tbsp.
  11. of the steak sauce mixture onto bottom half of roll; cover with 1 burger, an additional 1 Tbsp.
  12. steak sauce mixture and top of roll.
