Mike's Easy BBQ Beef Ribs
- 2 lb Beef Ribs
- 1/3 cup Vegetable Or Olive Oil
- 1 Bottle Favorite Barbecue Sauce or, see sauce options at the base of recipe
- Cold water wash and trim ribs of anything unsightly.
- Coat room temperature ribs with olive or vegetable oil and shake on the seasonings listed to your desired tastes.
- Prepare your grill.
- Clean, spray and heat her up!
- Throw seasoned meat on your clean, heated grill.
- Grill on medium heat 375-400 for about 15 minutes with lid closed turning meat occasionally.
- When you notice the meat pulling away from the bone or, your meat suddenly has handles ;0) you're ready to put a char on your ribs!
- See second photo below-upper left side.
- It's finally time to turn up the heat!
- Coat your ribs with your favorite barbecue sauce and continue to char meat until sauce is heated.
- For serious ease and great taste, I use Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce.
- Allow meat to rest for three minutes then, slice in between the bones.
- Serve immediately.
- Enjoy!
