Mike's Easy BBQ Beef Ribs

  1. Cold water wash and trim ribs of anything unsightly.
  2. Coat room temperature ribs with olive or vegetable oil and shake on the seasonings listed to your desired tastes.
  3. Prepare your grill.
  4. Clean, spray and heat her up!
  5. Throw seasoned meat on your clean, heated grill.
  6. Grill on medium heat 375-400 for about 15 minutes with lid closed turning meat occasionally.
  7. When you notice the meat pulling away from the bone or, your meat suddenly has handles ;0) you're ready to put a char on your ribs!
  8. See second photo below-upper left side.
  9. It's finally time to turn up the heat!
  10. Coat your ribs with your favorite barbecue sauce and continue to char meat until sauce is heated.
  11. For serious ease and great taste, I use Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce.
  12. Allow meat to rest for three minutes then, slice in between the bones.
  13. Serve immediately.
  14. Enjoy!
