American Mexican Beans Recipe

• 1 lrg Can, (20 ounce.) frijoles
• 1/2 lb Sharp cheddar cheese, grated
• 1 lrg Onion, (or possibly 2 medium ones), minced
• 1 Tbsp. Salsa jalapena

1. "Salsa jalapena;" is a fiery condiment made with ripe jalapeno chilis.
2. It can be replaced in this recipe with any warm sauce which suits the taste.
3. Combine all the ingredients and cook thoroughly over very low heat.
4. Be very careful, since it burns easily.
