Hash Brown Casserole Recipe

  1. Mix together has brown, cream of mushroom soup, onion, and lowfat sour cream.
  2. Bake in 325 degree oven approximately 30 min.
  3. Remove and crunch corn flakes (in hand) over top to cover well.
  4. Pat with butter.
  5. Return to oven about 15 more min.
  6. This is great for cookouts with chicken, steak or possibly ribs!
