Hash Brown Casserole Recipe
- 1 sm. bag frzn hash brown potatoes, loose
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 onion, minced
- 16 ounce. carton lowfat sour cream
- Corn flakes
- Butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Mix together has brown, cream of mushroom soup, onion, and lowfat sour cream.
- Bake in 325 degree oven approximately 30 min.
- Remove and crunch corn flakes (in hand) over top to cover well.
- Pat with butter.
- Return to oven about 15 more min.
- This is great for cookouts with chicken, steak or possibly ribs!
