Classic Gingersnaps

  1. Preheat oven to 350F (180C).
  2. Cream butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add molasses and egg.
  4. Sift dry ingredients then add to butter mixture.
  5. Roll dough into balls and roll in sugar.
  6. Bake 10 to 12 minutes until cracked.
