Tarako Spaghetti
- 180 grams Spaghetti
- 2 small sacs Tarako
- 20 grams Butter
- 1 dash each Salt and pepper
- 1 drizzle Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 3 to 4 Shiso leaves
- Put all the ingredients except for the spaghetti and shiso leaves in a bowl and mix together.
- Shred the shiso leaves and keep in a separate container.
- Mix the cooked spaghetti with the combined ingredients from Step 1.
- Taste and add salt and pepper if needed.
- Add the shredded shiso leaves and a drizzle of olive oil to finish.
- Done!
