Tarako Spaghetti

  1. Put all the ingredients except for the spaghetti and shiso leaves in a bowl and mix together.
  2. Shred the shiso leaves and keep in a separate container.
  3. Mix the cooked spaghetti with the combined ingredients from Step 1.
  4. Taste and add salt and pepper if needed.
  5. Add the shredded shiso leaves and a drizzle of olive oil to finish.
  6. Done!
