Try This Out! Easy Marinated Tuna
- 1 block Maguro (lean tuna, sashimi quality)
- 50 ml Soy sauce
- 50 ml Hon-mirin
- 1 Finely julienned leek (the white part only)
- 1 White sesame seeds
- Cut the tuna into easy to eat pieces.
- Put the soy sauce and mirin in a pan, bring to a boil, and let cool.
- Put the tuna and the cooled liquid from Step 2 into a shallow container, and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to an hour.
- (If the tuna is not completely immersed, turn it over once.)
- Serve with shredded white leak and sesame seeds on top to taste.
