Classic Gingersnaps

  1. HEAT oven to 350 degrees F. Coat baking sheets with no-stick cooking spray.
  2. COMBINE Homemade Cookie Mix, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg and baking soda in large bowl.
  3. Add egg and molasses.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Shape into 3/4-inch balls and roll in sugar.
  6. Place about 2-inches apart on prepared baking sheets.
  7. BAKE 6 to 8 minutes.
  8. Cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes.
  9. Cool completely on cooling rack.
