Cuba's Pepper Jelly Recipe

  1. Mix minced pepper with red pepper, vinegar and sugar.
  2. Bring to a rolling boil and cook for 7 min.
  3. Remove from heat and cold for 5 min.
  4. Add in Certo.
  5. Mix thoroughly.
  6. Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
  7. Makes 6-7 1/2 pints.
