Simple Skillet Pork with Green Beans

  1. Cut meat into 3/4-inch-thick slices; flatten to 1/2-inch thickness.
  2. Season with garlic powder and black pepper.
  3. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat.
  4. Add meat; cook 2 min.
  5. on each side or just until done.
  6. Transfer to platter; cover to keep warm.
  7. Add beans to skillet; cook and stir 4 to 5 min.
  8. or until crisp-tender.
  9. Transfer to platter with meat.
  10. Cook and stir mushrooms in same skillet 1 min.
  11. Add next 4 ingredients; cook and stir 2 to 3 min.
  12. or until Neufchatel is completely melted and sauce just comes to boil.
  13. Serve over meat.
