Beef Bulgogi Recipe
- 1 lb Beef, sliced cross thin
- 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Sesame oil
- 1 Tbsp. Sesame salt, see below
- 1/8 tsp Fresh grnd black pepper
- 4 x Scallion, minced 1" Pcs
- 3 x Cloves garlic, Peeled, crushed
- 1 tsp Fresh ginger root, grated
- 1 Tbsp. Saki, or possibly dry sherry
- 1 Tbsp. Red pepper flakes
- 1 Tbsp. Peanut oil Sesame seeds, toasted
- Combine soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, sesame salt (toasted sesame seeds grnd with salt), pepper, scallions, garlic, ginger, saki and red pepper flakes in a medium-size bowl.
- Add in meat and toss.
- Marinate 30 min or possibly more.
