Caribbean Ham & Pineapple Sandwich

  1. Combine pineapple, cilantro and jerk seasoning in bowl; set aside.
  2. Butter bottom half of each bun.
  3. Layer each bottom bun half with 1 lettuce leaf, 1/4 ham, 2 cheese halves, 2 bell pepper rings, 1/4 pineapple mixture and top bun half.
  4. Serve immediately.
  5. *Substitute 1 (15-ounce) can pineapple rings, drained, coarsely chopped.
