Wild Rice Meatballs
- 1 pound Ground Pork
- 1/2 cups Cooked Wild Rice
- 1/2 cups Finely Chopped Portabella Mushrooms (optional)
- 1/2 cups Panko Bread Crumbs
- 13 cups Chopped Green Onions
- 2 Tablespoons Finely Chopped Banana Peppers
- 1 whole Egg
- 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1/4 teaspoons Chili Powder
- 1/2 teaspoons Smoked Paprika
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Place all ingredients in large bowl and mix thoroughly.
- Shape into 1-inch balls and place on rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until no longer pink inside.
- Serve with buttered egg noodles.
