Fish Fillets with Stuffing

  1. In a large bowl, combine the first 11 ingredients and mix well.
  2. In a greased 9x13 microwave-safe dish, arrange the fillets with stuffing between them.
  3. Moisten paper towels with water; place over fish.
  4. Cook on high for 15 to 16 minutes or untilfish flakes easily with a fork, rotating dish occasionally.
  5. Sprinkle with paprika.
