Crispy Tuna Croquettes

  1. Mix all ingredients except oil.
  2. Mix well, and form into four patties.
  3. Heat oil in skillet and fry patties, turning to brown on both sides.
  4. Transfer to paper towels and drain well.
  5. For an appetizer, form into 16 smaller mini-patties.
