Carmel Apple Cheesecake

  1. place the cream cheese out on the counter to get soft
  2. once softened put both packages n a bowel
  3. using a mixer mix cream cheese until it becomes smooth about 5-20min
  4. once smooth add one cup of powder sugar.
  5. Mix until powder sugar is fully incorporated
  6. taste to see if cream cheese is sweet enough to YOUR liking.
  7. if not add a half of cup and mix until your liking.
  8. once you have the cream cheese to your satisfaction pour into the Graham cracker crust
  9. then put into freezer to stiffen
