Cheese Sauce with a Mild Spicy Kick
- 3 whole Tomatoes
- 1 whole Jalapeno
- 13 cups Chopped Cilantro
- 13 cups Water
- 6 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- 3/4 cups Sour Cream
- 15 ounces, fluid Store Bought Cheddar Flavor Cheese Sauce
- 1 dash Salt And Pepper If Necessary
- Cut the tomatoes in half and place them in a plastic bag along with the jalapeno (without the stem) and cilantro.
- Then, add the water to the bag, seal it and place it in the microwave for about 3 1/2 minutes or until the jalapeno and tomatoes are soft and mushy.
- Transfer the tomato mixture to the blender along with the cream cheese, sour cream and cheese sauce.
- Blend it all together and season it with salt and pepper if necessary.
- Make sure to try it before you add seasoning because the store bought cheese sauce contains a lot of sodium already.
- And now simply enjoy it with just about anything, especially cheese fries.
