Hot Smoked Portobello Pizza with Goat Cheese and Green Sauce

  1. Prepare smoker.
  2. Rub mushrooms with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Hot smoke for 10 minutes.
  4. Puree all sauce ingredients.
  5. Spoon over mushrooms.
  6. Add slices of cheese, a little more sauce and smoke for 5 more minutes.
