Dad's Favorite Pimento Cheese Recipe

• 1 pound Velveeta cheese
• 4 ounce. can pimentos, mashed
• 1 1/2 c. Miracle Whip
• 2 teaspoon sugar
• 2 tbsp. sweet relish

1. Put cheese on a plate.
2. Sprinkle sugar on top.
3. When cheese is room temperature, place in large bowl.
4. Add in pimentos and relish; stir all together till well mixed.
5. Then blend in Miracle Whip.
6. Keep refrigerated.
