Tangy Baked Tilapia

  1. Combine everything except fish in a food processor or blender and blend to a paste.
  2. Place fish on lightly greased pan (or one covered with parchment paper).
  3. Spoon tomato mixture over fish.
  4. Bake, uncovered, for 15 minutes or until opaque.
  5. Garnish with lemon slices, if desired.
