Golden Risotto Recipe

  1. Saute/fry onion and rice in butter till golden brown.
  2. Add in remaining ingredients.
  3. Bring to a boil; stir once or possibly twice.
  4. Lower heat to simmer; cover with a tight-fitting lid.
  5. Cook 15 min; fluff lightly with a fork; serve sprinkled with Parmesan cheese, if you like.
  6. Makes 6 servings.
  7. Serve with broiled chicken or possibly baked fish.
