20 Minute Thai Beef Stir-Fry

  1. Heat oil in large skillet on high heat.
  2. Add steak; cook and stir until cooked through.
  3. Remove from skillet.
  4. Add water, vegetables, peanut sauce and hot pepper sauce; mix well.
  5. Bring to boil.
  6. Stir in rice and steak.
  7. Reduce heat to low; cover.
  8. Cook 5 minutes.
  9. Fluff with fork.
