20 Minute Thai Beef Stir-Fry
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into thin slices
- 2 cups water
- 1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen Asian mixed vegetables, thawed
- 1/2 cup peanut sauce
- 1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- 2 cups MINUTE White Rice, uncooked
- Heat oil in large skillet on high heat.
- Add steak; cook and stir until cooked through.
- Remove from skillet.
- Add water, vegetables, peanut sauce and hot pepper sauce; mix well.
- Bring to boil.
- Stir in rice and steak.
- Reduce heat to low; cover.
- Cook 5 minutes.
- Fluff with fork.
