Tea Marinated Salmon
- 1 side of salmon with or without skin; deboned
- 10 packets of ginger-lemon tea
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp ground ginger
- 1 tbsp lemon peel or lemon pepper seasoning
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 salt and pepper
- 1 lemon zest for garnish
- Rub salmon with olive oil.
- Cover heavily with tea.
- Marinate for 24 hours
- Wash tea off of salmon.
- Season.
- Roast at 350 for approximately 30 minutes or until thermometer reaches 145
- Variations; Honey, agave, cajun seasoning, 5 spice seasoning
