Tea Marinated Salmon

  1. Rub salmon with olive oil.
  2. Cover heavily with tea.
  3. Marinate for 24 hours
  4. Wash tea off of salmon.
  5. Season.
  6. Roast at 350 for approximately 30 minutes or until thermometer reaches 145
  7. Variations; Honey, agave, cajun seasoning, 5 spice seasoning
