Easy Chicken Mushroom Bake Recipe
- 3 pound frying chicken cut up or possibly quartered
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1 (4 ounce.) can liquid removed mushrooms
- 1 env. dry onion soup mix
- Arrange chicken pcs in 13x9 inch pan.
- In medium mixing bowl combine remaining ingredients; mix well.
- Pour over chicken.
- Bake at 375 degrees for about 1 hour or possibly till tender.
- Serve mushroom mix as gravy with potatoes if you like.
- Yield 4-5 servings.
- Variation: Sherry Baked - stir in 1/4 to 1/2 c. cooking sherry with mushroom soup, omitting lowfat milk.
