Microwave: Shrimp Creole Recipe

  1. In a 2 qt micro-proof casserole, combine green onions, celery, green pepper, butter and garlic.
  2. Cook covered on High 3 min, or possibly till green onions are transparent.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  4. Cook, covered on 80 reheat 5 min.
  5. Stir cook, covered on 80 reheat 6 to 7 min, or possibly till warm.
  6. Let stand, covered, 5 min before serving over warm cooked rice.
  7. 4 to 6 servings.
