Easy Carrot & Broccoli au Gratin

  1. Bring 3 cups water to boil in large saucepan on medium-high heat.
  2. Add carrots.
  3. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 8 min.
  4. Add broccoli; simmer an additional 3 min.
  5. or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
  6. Meanwhile, mix cracker crumbs, Parmesan cheese and margarine; set aside.
  7. Microwave Cheez Whiz and cream cheese product in 2-cup microwaveable measuring cup or medium bowl on HIGH 1 min.
  8. ; stir.
  9. Microwave an additional 30 sec.
  10. or until Cheez Whiz and cream cheese are completely melted and mixture is well blended when stirred.
  11. Drain vegetables; place in serving bowl.
  12. Top with cheese sauce; sprinkle with crumb mixture.
