Vegetable Form Mold Recipe

  1. In saucepan, sprinkle gelatin over 1/2 c. tomato juice to soften.
  2. Add in remaining 3 c. tomato juice and salad dressing.
  3. Chill till mix mounds slightly when dropped from a spoon.
  4. Fold remaining ingredients into gelatin mix.
  5. Pour into 6 c. mold.
  6. Cover; chill till set, about 2 hrs.
  7. Unmold.
  8. Serve with lowfat sour cream.
  9. Makes 5 c. or possibly 10 servings.
