Chimpanzee Cheesecake

• 1 basic crumb crust in a 9 inch springform pan
• 1 lb cream cheese
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 2 tsp lemon juice
• 4 large eggs
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 cup mashed bananas (about 3 medium)

1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
2. In a large mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice.
3. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition.
4. Stir in the sour cream and the mashed bananas.
5. Blend well.
6. Pour the mixture into the prepared crust and bake for 1 hour.
7. Cool in the oven, with the door propped open, until the cake is at room temperature.
8. Chill.
9. Serve and enjoy.
