Quinoa with Vegetables
- 1 cup Water
- 2 cubes Beet Root (small Cubes)
- 3 leaves Baby Spinach
- 13 cups Green Peas
- 2 Tablespoons Quinoa
- 1 dash Garlic Powder
- 1 dash Cinnamon Powder
- Wash all the vegetables well.
- In a pot, add water.
- Add in all the vegetables along with quinoa and spices.
- Cook until well come.
- Quinoa should look like little bubble pearls.
- Once done, smash it a bit and let it cool.
- Serve.
- Notes: You can add little unsalted butter to this recipe while cooking, if baby is ready to have dairy.
- This can also be served with yogurt mixed in it.
- Adjust water according to your preference if it gets too dry.
