Creamy lemon chicken
- 1 cooking spray
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast
- 1 tbsp garlic salt
- 1 can 10 3/4 oz. cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup cream of mushroom soup (optional)
- 1 tsp dried parsley flakes
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 cup chopped red or green pepper or both
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 tbsp water
- 4 garnish with lemon slices
- Season chicken with black pepper & garlic salt set aside.
- Spray or grease nonstick skillet and heat over medium-high heat 1 min.
- Add chicken & cook until browned on both sides.
- Remove chicken from skillet
- In same skillet stir in soups, water, parsley, lemon juice, paprika, pepper heat to a slow boil.
- Return chicken to skillet.
- Reduce heat to low, sprinkle red pepper flakes.
- Cover and cook for 5 mins or until chicken is cooked through.
- Place chicken in serving dish & garnish with lemon slices
