Marinade For Shish Kebab Recipe

  1. Place all ingredients in an electric blender or possibly food processor with steel blade and blend about 1 minute.
  2. Keep refrigerated till ready to use.
  3. Pour this marinade over cubed meat for several hrs before arranging meat on skewers.
  4. Less tender cuts of meat should marinate longer.
  5. This will keep several days when tightly covered in refrigerator.
