Taco Popcorn
- 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
- 1/2 cups Un-popped Popcorn Kernels
- 2 Tablespoons Butter, Melted
- 1/2 packages Taco Seasoning (1.25 Oz. Packet)
- Salt, To Taste (optional)
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat.
- When the oil is hot, add the popcorn kernels and cover the pot.
- When the popcorn begins to pop, shake the pan back and fourth.
- Keep it over the heat and keep shaking as the popcorn continues to pop.
- When the popping stops for a few seconds remove the pan from the heat and carefully empty the popcorn into a bowl.
- Remove any un-popped kernels.
- Stir the melted butter into the popcorn.
- Sprinkle the taco seasoning over the popcorn and stir again.
- Season with salt before eating, if desired.
