Pork Tenderloin Parmesan Recipe
- 1 1/2 lbs. pork tenderloin
- Bread crumbs
- Egg
- Parsley
- Flour
- Salt
- 1 lg. can tomato sauce
- 1/2 pound Mozzarella cheese
- Oregano
- Dash garlic
- Sweet basil
- Pepper
- Combine egg, salt and parsley.
- Beat flour into meat and drench into egg mix and then in bread crumbs.
- Brown; place slightly overlapping in shallow baking pan, place slices of cheese over meat.
- Add in oregano, sweet basil (2 tsp.
- each), garlic and pepper to tomato sauce and pour over meat.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake 50 min at 350 degrees or possibly longer.
- Veal or possibly steak can be used as substitutes.
