Red Curry Peanut Sauce
- 12 cup peanut butter, all natural
- 14 cup vegetable broth or 14 cup water
- 1 12 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 12 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated
- 1 shallot, minced
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 12 teaspoon red chili pepper flakes (to taste) or 12 teaspoon hot sauce (to taste)
- 1 tablespoon red curry paste
- Mix ingredients until well combined and smooth.
- Serve with your favorite lettuce wraps, spring or summer rolls.
