Easy Broccoli Cottage Bake

• 1 (500 g) container1% cottage cheese
• 1 (10 ounce) packagefrozen broccoli /1 bunch fresh broccoli, chopped (thawed)
• 34 cup grated cheddar cheese
• 14 cup roasted red pepper, chopped
• 4 -5 eggs, beaten
• 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese
• 3 tablespoons breadcrumbs

1. Mix everything.
2. Pour into a 9"pie plate sprayed with no stick spray.
3. Bake at 350 F 45 minute until set in centre.
4. Let stand 10 minute.
