Pecan Custard Pie Recipe
- 3 Large eggs, well beaten
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 c. quick-cooking oats
- 1/4 c. coconut
- 1/4 c. pecans
- 1 unbaked pie crust
- Combine first 7 ingredients in mixer bowl; mix well.
- Stir in oats, coconut and pecans.
- Pour into pie shell.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or possibly till set.
