Chef Ann Cooper's High Protein Bars

  1. Melt peanut butter with carob chips over low heat.
  2. Combine rest of ingredients in a bowl.
  3. Drizzle PB mixture over dry ingredients.
  4. Press in to a 9 x 13 pan.
  5. Chill well.
  6. Cut in to 24 squares.
  7. Wrap, individually, in plastic wrap & keep in the refrigerator for an on the go snack.
  8. Note: Cooking time is actually chilling time.
